I purchased my ticket- now what? First off, thank you for joining us! If your purchase has gone through successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with a receipt of your purchase. At a date closer to the event, we will send you an RSVP form to collect the names and meal preferences associated with your tickets, and a preauthorization of your credit card for use in the night's auction. If you have not received a purchase confirmation email or are unsure about the status of your purchase, please contact us at events@columbialandtrust.org.

Refunds & Cancellations: All ticket sales for this event are final and are not subject to refunds. If you are no longer able to attend the event, your ticket purchase can be reclassified as a tax-deductible donation to Columbia Land Trust. Auction & Payment: Participants who have authorized a credit card online or at the event will be eligible to participate in the night’s auction, raffle, and other sales. On the day following the event, October 16th, we will email all guests a summary of their purchases from the event, which will then be charged on Tuesday, October 20th. Final receipts will be emailed to guests after credit cards are charged and will include statements regarding which items are tax deductible.

Guests will not need to check out with our front desk at the end of the night unless they have won a piece in our online art auction (More info coming soon!). Here is how checkout will work for various sales activities.

Wine Pull: Guests will collect bottles of wine at the point of sale and keep them at their table during the event; they will not be stored at the checkout desk.

Live Auction Winners: You will be contacted by our team within a week following the event to confirm next steps for coordinating your tour with Columbia Land Trust.
